Michael Gentry has been amazing since he came on our property Saturday, June 24, 2017. He took charge. Worked with us instead of just advising us. He made us feel like we were a team.
Michael also instructed us in all of the steps and facets of the process. Without him we would have probably suffered increased damages and loss of a buyer for our house.

Back in July of 2016 our finished basement flooded. We were referred to SERVPRO among other companies by our insurance adjuster. We were lucky that we decided on SERVPRO of Northeast Jefferson County.
The reason for this email is to let you two know how incredibly lucky that you are to have a gentleman like Eric Wellner. This guy's work ethic is unbelievable. While I understand that it is his job, he was on time if not a few minutes early everyday. To say that Eric is conscientious would be an incredible understatement. He treated this particular job as if he were the owner of the company. Do yourselves a favor and make sure that you keep this gentleman. I have had many, many workers through the years. He is by far and away the best most professional worker I have ever come in contact with. If all of my employees had Eric's work ethic, my life would be a great deal easier.

I have lived in my condo for 15 years and experienced some heavy hurricane rains before. Until now, I have been fortunate enough to have never experienced any damage. When Hurricane Matthew hit, I did not expect to have any damage. I was wrong. When the water starting coming through my storm doors at an alarming rate, I didn’t know what to do. I got on my hands and knees with bath towels attempting to dry the water as fast as I could. Then water had begun to come through the windows. I haven’t experienced anything like this and was so overwhelmed. All I wanted to do is cry. I picked up my phone and called my insurance company. My agent referred me to SERVPRO. Up until now, the only knowledge I had of SERVPRO was the commercials with the big green trucks. Never did I think I would have to use them. Two SERVPRO employees showed up at my door and began to assess the damage. It was worse than I thought. When my emotions got the best of me, one of the SERVPRO employees extended out to give me a hug. What a nice gesture for a complete stranger to offer this sign of comfort. The manager, Alex, walked me through all the steps to get my home back to the way it was. He called my insurance company, adjustor, and the community manager downstairs. The following day a crew of four SERVPRO crew members got to work on my home. Within hours, my carpet and pad were pulled, drywall removed, equipment was placed, and sprayed with a cleaning chemical for mold/mildew treatment. The service that I received from this company was outstanding.
Your guys are here and working away like crazy! SERVPRO ROCKS! You gave us a great crew! I Love Roberto! My client will be on tour in Spain and I posted the dates online, so the Spaniards are commenting or asking questions in Spanish. I asked him to interpret and how to say respond and he did. Now my boss thinks I’m the greatest :-)
I suffered water damage in my home on 12/23/15. I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the services you provided. Your employees moved all of our furniture to our garage, then back when we learned we wouldn't be able to install our flooring until mid-April. Then you moved it back to the garage again at the time of install. All of those moves were handled in a highly professional way! We will recommend you to anyone we know who needs the type of help we received!
I would like a moment to commend your senior technician, Aaron Davis, and his crew for the excellent and professional way they conducted themselves restoring my home following the smoke damage. Aaron contacted me within an hour of reporting to my insurance and was knocking on my door to start clean up within that same hour. He kept me aware of the progress and the next steps that were needed to complete the process. Your company can be proud of having such employees representing your company.

I called SERVPRO with a sewage backup in my basement. They responded promptly, and began the clean-up process immediately.. The employees were very polite & extremely helpful. Several went above & beyond to make sure the process went smoothly & ran on time. Their slogan is "Like it never even happened," but I disagree. This terrible event did happen, but SERVPRO made sure I was well taken care of, made the process less stressful, and my basement is now greatly improved.
