Sprinkler Damage to Downtown Louisville Skyscraper
SERVPRO of Northeast Jefferson County was recently called out to a skyscraper building downtown that had their sprinkler system burst on the twenty-fourth floor, the damage from the water affected all the way down to the twentieth floor. For SERVPRO of Northeast Jefferson County this was an "all hands on deck" job. All of the production staff, the marketing team, and several office staff were at the building helping to perform the remediation work.
There were large amounts of standing water on the affected floors that needed to be extracted. Our team of certified technicians removed all of the damaged ceiling tiles, extracted the water, and removed any other damaged items in the office areas.
The next step was to set up air movers and dehumidifiers to begin the dry out process. The equipment was set to get all of the moisture out of the affected areas, the air movers keep the moisture in the air moving around to get closer to the dehumidifier so it can be removed from the air.
Emergencies like this happen on a regular basis, SERVPRO of Northeast Jefferson County has the experience and the team needed to take care of the problem and make your residence or commercial building is back to normal, "Like it never even happened."
