University of Louisville - The Nine

SERVPRO continues restoration efforts at the University of Louisville student housing facility, The Nine.  Frozen pipes ruptured causing significant water damage to the facility.  No job is too large for us to handle!

Galt House Hotel Fire

The fire happened Saturday morning December 30 around 5 AM. This was an electrical fire in three separate mechanical rooms on the 23rd, 22nd, 21st floor.

Smoke damages to the 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th floors.

Overall around 90 hotel rooms affected. Along with hallways, storage rooms, and common areas.

SERVPRO crews worked through the holiday weekend cleaning and deodorizing and were able to turn some of the affected rooms back over to the Galt House in time for their busy New Year's eve celebration.

We are always here to help no matter when!

Church Main Water Line Burst

This church called us to clean up after the main line coming into the school busted underneath the building. It pushed mud and water up from underneath the facility causing the daycare to flood. SERVPRO of East Louisville extracted water from 7-10 rooms and the hallway, set blowers and dehumidifiers after carpet was pulled and contents were removed.

Large Commercial Fire Church Job

In the middle of the night a transformer caught fire which also caught an electrical panel on fire that was next to it transformer.

The church sanctuary had fire and water damage as well as a lot of smoke and soot. SERVPRO of East Louisville had to remove a lot of carpet, as well as all the acoustical ceiling tiles.
